Wheat/Bread Making Class

I would love to learn! i have a few bread recipes that i've liked, but I could use a new one and some baking tips. I'm sure I'm not doing something right!
I have not bought any bread for 6 months or so. I love working with this recipe because it only takes one hour from beginning to end (pulling it out of the oven). You can also make over 50 different things with the same recipe! No milk, no eggs, no oil. I love this recipe!
